First can I commence by saying it was an absolute pleasure to have you building at Sepia, 8 Caldy Wood. I am just astounded at the product you have produced and the quality of the build.

I recognised during the course of the build that you are anxious to please the customer in what I would regard as the old fashioned way. Currently everybody talks about the customer experience. You were anxious to identify what it was I was I was looking for and to deliver an excellent product. You did that. Indeed that seems your prime interest.

Your tradesmen were always of the highest standard and courteous. indeed they were mindful that they were working on a living accommodation in close proximity to females and it was noticeable that with the odd exception language was kept to the minimum. that to my mind is a workforce to be proud of.

The site was kept scrupulously clean throughout the job and indeed left in an excellent condition. Having been involved in building disputes for a career I can only say the delivery of your product was nothing short of outstanding. I am both impressed and pleased with the product.

Also through the build you displayed the highest of integrity and clearly you are a gentleman of complete integrity and employ those around you of equal integrity.

It is also noteworthy that you had to carry out these building works whilst the premises housed a valuable collection of vintage cars and accessories. it is with extreme credit to you and your workforce that no damage was done to those cars and indeed they were protected at all times from dust and other deleterious matter.

I have to accept that I was lucky. You were awarded the job on competitive tender and with the lowest price. Against that it is quite astonishing that you were able to deliver a first rate product in the circumstances that you did and you are to be congratulated on that.

For my part I will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to others and indeed you will be my preferred contractor for all future building works. I have no intention of taking competitive tender. As I said at the time you may use the building for your own publicity purposes and I would be more than happy if you were to show potential clients around it and to explain to them how very impressed I was at all that you did.
